However, the MiSACWIS search tools are very robust, and can be used to search for a wide variety of information.

The Intake Search screen allows you to find an existing intake record.
The quickest way to locate a record is to use the intake ID number. If you don't have this, you can use a variety of other search criteria, some of which are shown in the image.
The Advanced Search Criteria link allows you to search by address.

Cases are indexed in MiSACWIS using the name of the Case Reference Person.
If you are assigned to a case, you'll typically look for it in your case workload screen.
However, if you are not assigned to the case, or if the case is closed, you can find it by clicking search in the header and entering a Case ID or selecting a Case Reference Type.

The Provider search screen allows you to find a provider profile record.
If you don't have a MiSACWIS Provider ID, you can search by the provider's name, type, service group and category, or other criteria.

The Employee Search tool is used to find contact information for all DHS employees in the State of Michigan.
