Course 1 - Introduction to MiSACWIS

You'll recall from the previous lesson that ticklers are reminders about MiSACWIS work items that need completion.

You'll also recall that broadcast messages may convey critical or important information requiring immediate action.

Urgent ticklers and broadcast messages are displayed on the Desktop tab of the Home screen when you login. Each of them help you to remain aware of important events related to MiSACWIS.
